ACCELERATOR PROGRAM
enACTIVATE: Accelerator is a competition focused on developing relevant professional skills for Macquarie University students.
Offered by Enactus Macquarie, it empowers students to work in teams, problem solve, and find and pitch solutions.
About the program
The Accelerator program is a two weekend competition involving five teams. Each team will be provided with an exclusive course in enterprise problem solving. Teams will also be presented with numerous challenges posed by hypothetical companies and be asked to pitch as solution to these. The pitches will be judged by a panel comprised of industry professionals and Enactus alumni alike. It is entry-level and requires no background in business to apply.
WHAT WE OFFER
Opportunity to join the ENactus MQ portfolio
Upon completion, participants may be invited to be part of the Enactus portfolio, joining a range of social enterprises tackling different social issues.
Consulting and Pitching Skills Development
Networking Opportunity
Teams will have the opportunity to develop their conceptual and practical critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and creative thinking skills.
Teams will have the opportunity to speak with, and pitch solutions to, industry professionals and Enactus alumni alike.
