Culture Pod: Co-Enterprise Leader

No. of Positions: 1


As a Co-Enterprise leader you will be responsible for leading the development of a social enterprise that provides education for disengaged rural youth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management: 

  • Develop a strategic plan to assess the viability of the project under the Enactus criteria;

  • Set realistic goals to complete organisational and project deadlines; 

  • Implement strategies for stakeholders to support the project and identify clear roles; and

  • Collaborate with VPE to identify risks, hurdles and challenges to seek solutions.

Team Management:

  • Establish regular communication with the team;

  • Define the team culture and build a strong team; 

  • Identify the member’s areas of interest and align tasks to suit;

  • Undertake administrative duties such as conducting meetings, taking meeting minutes, delegating tasks and liaising with members; and 

  • Seek training and development opportunities for your members to continue their growth within the project.


Enactus Collaboration 

  • Respond to stakeholders within 24 hours, including internal and external teams;

  • Attend team activities related to the project and Enactus regularly; and

  • Maintain engagement with the project team and wider Enactus to encourage a collaborative culture.

Women's Creative Hub: Marketing Member

No. of Positions: 1



As a Marketing Member, you will be responsible for promoting the Women's Creative Hub brand on our digital platforms, developing content that generates
opportunities for the women, and interacting with various stakeholders.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the image of Women's Creative Hub across digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin

  • Require occasional attendance at the Hub to understand the beneficiaries and to
    gather content

  • Creating graphics for marketing materials

  • Writing engaging copy

  • Undertaking research for informative content

  • Developing creative content ideas and campaigns, and tracking success

  • Maximising the marketing tools, capabilities and trends of various digital platforms

  • Ensuring content is professional, best-practice and consistent in execution

  • Liaising with the Marketing Director and other Enactus teams


Skills & Competencies


  • ​High level of oral and written communication skills

  • Uses communication skills to clearly and confidently deliver information to a variety of audiences


  • Demonstrates optimism, respect for others and the ability to work well in a team and across functions

Interest in social justice

  • An understanding or a willingness to learn of social justice issues for women
