1. Operations and Compliance Coordinator


This role will involve organising and operating the HR division of the organisation. The candidate will be in charge of creating and enforcing systems where productivity can be measured. 


The candidate will report to the HR director and create templates and reports to see how the organisation is performing from a productivity perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities across all positions:

  • Managing and organising General Enactus Meetings (GEMs)

  • Attend allocated team meetings as allocated project team

  • Liase with one project team on a consistent basis and report back to the HR team

  • Organising internal workshops and training sessions

  • Liaising with the Executive team, Projects team and Functions

  • Maintaining Individual goal setting, 360 Feedback and succession planning for members

  • Attend weekly team meeting

  • Maintaining a strong team culture through building close relations and trust with all members

  • Organising recruitment

  • Administration work
