Human Resources: Learning & Development Coordinator
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will analyse the needs of the organisation from development and up-skilling perspective. You will organise and execute workshops for the organisation and will be required to liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
The candidate will report to the HR Director and conduct reports and templates for leaders to share with their members to ensure they are engaged and continually learning.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organising weekly workshops and events to help upskill team members and leaders
Undertake administrative duties such as conducting meetings, taking meeting minutes
Maintain engagement with the project teams and wider Enactus to encourage a collaborative culture
Liaise with other societies and board members to engage students outside of Enactus through workshops and seminars
Attending meetings in person/or via online video conferences
Able to dedicate 5-6 hrs per week into the role
Skills & Competencies:
Passionate about helping others learn
Experience in administration or events management is highly desirable
Innovative and creative thinker
Strong communication skills
Ability to work individually and in a team setting
Playing a vital role in the growth and development of all Enactus members and their activities within enterprises
Being a part of a community of driven and passionate students
Establishing connections with our Business Advisory Board which has members from HSBC, NSW government, Qantas and much more
Developing the ability to communicate with other networks in the social enterprise field using the Enactus name
