Marketing

Human Resources: HR Officer

No. of Positions: 1

Purpose:

To provide support to the Enactus Macquarie team members through managing and organising activities that work towards team and self development. To overlook the organisations working culture and to ensure that all members are happy with their role and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organising General Enactus Meetings (GEMs)

  • Organising internal workshops and training sessions

  • Liaising with the Executive team, Projects team and Functions

  • Maintaining Individual goal setting, 360 Feedback and succession planning for members

  • Attend weekly team meeting

  • Maintaining a strong team culture through building close relations and trust with all members

  • Organising recruitment

  • Administration work

Skills & Competencies:

  • Must be a team player

  • Must have an approachable personality and enjoys to initiate conversations

  • Has extraordinary communication skills

Marketing: Social Media and PR Member

No. of Positions: 2

Purpose:

To assist Enactus Macquarie to improve it’s branding, marketing campaigns and engagement. The key role will be develop social media plans to accordance with a given marketing strategy and create content for promotional material. The individual should be committed and dedicated to the organisation and willing to put aside their time to work on current projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating innovative and unique social media campaigns and content in
    accordance with a specified marketing strategy

  • Develop creative content for Enactus Macquarie social media accounts

  • Work closely with a range of different projects to develop and distribute sharable content on online platforms to increase engagement

  • Ensuring all our details are updated on each social media platform and
    boosting posts

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Work effectively within a team communication skills

  • Work well within stipulated deadlines

  • Possess a willingness to grow and develop their marketing knowledge and skill set

  • Experience in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram
    and Twitter

  • Ability to dedicate up to 6 hours of work per week in relation to
    Enactus commitments.

  • Social Media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)

Marketing: Photographer/Videographer

No. of Positions: 1

Purpose:

To capture quality photographs (and/or video footage if possess videography skills) of Enactus events, meetings, gatherings, functions etc. for promotional material and professional representation of the organisation.

In addition, possess editing skills of photographs (e.g. resizing, enhancing, as well as video editing skills to create authentic and professional videos for promotions, events, media etc. purposes).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Capture quality photographs/videos of Enactus events for professional representation

  • Edit photos/videos for distributional purposes

  • Work closely with a range of different projects to develop and distribute sharable content on online platforms to increase engagement

  • Ensuring all our details are updated on each social media platform and
    boosting posts

Skills & Competencies:

  • Computer/Software skills
    i.e. retouch, resize and enhance images (and/or video) as needed
    e.g. resize to fit Social Media aspect ratios

  • Coordinate with Marketing Director and Team on discussing, planning and implementing theme/presentation of photographs (and/or video) depending on needs of the event, meeting deadlines

  • Organisational skills
    i.e. Ensure equipment is always ready for planned/impromptu events

  • Attention to detail
    i.e. notice any discrepancies in background in photographs.

  • Interpersonal skills
    i.e. friendly, positive and cooperative attitude, passionate and helpful to other Functions and Projects

Programs & Technologies Used:

  • Photoshop skills is ideal but not essential

  • Knowledge or skill in any photo/video editing software

  • Social Media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)

  • Basic Microsoft Office (esp. in Powerpoint)

  • Google Slides and Docs
