Peerlink is a student program facilitating discussions surrounding mental health issues in a safe space in order to de-stigmatise mental health.
We explore researched topics such as: Study Habits, Challenging Self-Talk, Mindfulness.
Our target is low-risk individuals (Mentees) who will be assigned a chosen Peer (Mentor).
We provide helpful booklets if you wish to complete but its up to you what's on your mind!
